I know the first selection in blue lock is very team Z-centric but can we take a moment to appreciate Niko’s time in team Y? Like… they had the SHIT kicked out of them by Reo, Zantsetzu and Nagi in their very first match by whopping 0:8!!! Then Niko clearly took precautions and developed a strategy only to get bodied AGAIN this time by Isagi AND the mf stands over him to rub it in. (I wish we got to see that match like holy shit) AND he ties the score with the Wanima bros! Which was only 1:1 so you know team Y was defending like crazy against their attacks.
